She looked out
out of the window
everyone was so busy
no time to even make an eye contact
heads bent, typing somethings away
out to the world
part of it true ,
part of it fake .
there were chimes to be heard from all around
lights glowing on their faces
what a world , someone liking
someone’s fake life,
someone’s fake relationship
someone’s fake friends
believing all the lies
and to be like them
making more lies.
the world had a thin line
between fake and real
but now as the technology evolves
the lines became pretty invisible too,
making it hard to distinguish between the
real and fake.
